The disruption began at approximately 1:17 AM UTC / 6:17 PM PT and was fully resolved by 3:47AM UTC / 8:47 PM PT, with all systems confirmed stable by 5:16AM UTC / 10:16 PM PT. The incident was triggered by an upstream provider error that exposed an unexpected issue in our infrastructure that affected both availability and recovery times. During this time, you may have experienced intermittent access issues or increased error rates and latency across our platform. We have taken immediate actions to mitigate the issue.
