   Alongside other Cannabis business interacting with the METRC API, the Nabis operation is impacted by recent METRC API outtages occurring since approximately Thursday, 10/20, and has continued through the morning of Monday, 10/24. While the Nabis Engineering team is continuously logging these issues and escalating with the METRC team, we unfortunately do not have the ability to fix the root cause at this time, as these outages are outside of our software portal, and has likely affected all businesses interacting with the METRC API. Our Nabis Operations team is working diligently to complete and update as many orders as quickly as possible with METRC, there will inevitably be some delays/issues with orders in the coming days until METRC stabilizes their system. We will keep the team posted as we know more -- our apologies for the issues, and thank you for your patience.
