Incident Overview The Device Security Cloud Service is currently experiencing downstream impact due to degradation of the SLS (Security Logging Service) log forwarding and streaming service. Core device security enforcement remains fully functional, but log ingestion and visibility are delayed. This issue is isolated strictly to US regions. Current Status & Impact Impacted Services: Log forwarding and real-time log streaming, as well as downstream Device Security Cloud Service. Core security enforcement and device protection policies remain fully functional and unaffected. Affected Scope: US Regions only. Root Cause: Upstream Google Cloud Platform (GCP) resource capacity limitations. Next Steps & Mitigations Engineers from SLS team are actively working with GCP support to resolve infrastructure capacity issue. Further updates will be provided as capacity is expanded.
