Final update
Between 20:42 and 21:19 UTC on October 23, some Orchestrator customers in Europe saw slow responses and intermittent errors. This included robot calls to get assets, process queue items and report job status. Some unattended jobs may have failed during this time. The cause was a sudden increase in load that reached the database’s resource limits. We added database capacity, and performance has been back to normal since 21:19 UTC. Customers whose jobs failed in this window may need to restart them.
